STEPS IN APPLYING FOR ASSESSMENT ONLINE
STEP 1: Download and accomplish APPLICATION FORM from TESDA website.
STEP 2: Scan and Submit documentary REQUIREMENTS:
a. Duly accomplished and signed Application Form
b. Properly and completely filled-out Self-Assessment Guide of your chosen qualification which can be downloaded from TESDA website.
c. FOR TVET GRADUATES
• Endorsement letter from training school
d. FOR INDUSTRY WORKERS
• Certificate of Employment (COE) with at least 2 years' experience related to the qualification you are applying for.
NOTE: SCAN DOCUMENTS USING A SCANNER. USE AT LEAST 300DPI. DO NOT TAKE A PICTURE USING YOUR PHONE CAMERA
STEP 3: Email all scanned document to npci_main@yahoo.com. Use "Online Assessment Application: [Qualification]" as subject.

STEP 4: Message our ⓕFacebook Page and confirm with the staff if we have received your email. Once confirmed, ask the staff for our GCASH account for your payment of the Assessment Fee. Send a screenshot of the GCASH transaction to our Facebook messenger.
NOTE: SAVE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR GCASH TRANSACTION FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
STEP 5: Wait for further notification regarding the schedule of your assessment. We need at least 10 candidates before we can schedule your assessment. You may invite others to join you for the assessment so that the slots can be filled faster. The earlier 10 slots are filled, the earlier the assessment can be scheduled.
STEP 6: Once a schedule is set and you received a notification, visit our office to claim your Official Receipt and Admission Slip and bring the following:
a. Four (4) pieces of colored and passport size picture:
• white background.
• with collar
• with name printed at the back
STEP 7: Be present at the scheduled date and assigned venue of assessment indicated in the Admission Slip and undergo the Assessment Procedures.
NOTE: DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR ADMISSION SLIP ON YOUR ASSESSMENT DATE.
STEP 8: Get the Competency Assessment Result Summary (CARS) at the Assessment Center.
STEP 9: Assessment passers must apply for certification at the TESDA District/Provincial Office where the assessment center/venue is under jurisdiction.
STEP 10: Assessment passers can claim their National Certificate (NC)/Certificate of Competency (COC) seven (7) working days after application for the issuance of COC/NC.
IMPORTANT:
1. NC/COC must be released directly to the applicant. However, if to be claimed by a representative, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) by the applicant should be submitted.
2. Assessment Results (CARS), Official Receipt issued by Assessment Centers and valid Identification Card (ID) should be also presented upon claiming of COCs.
3. Falsification or fraudulent duplication of documents shall be ground for disqualification/forfeiture of the right to participate in any assessment certification or similar program of TESDA.
