Is a formally organized and legally registered educational institution for short courses registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the 8th day of February 2002 as Baguio Overseas Learning and Training Center, Inc. On June 28, 2002 the Caregiver Course was registered at TECHNICAL EDUCATIONAL AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (TESDA), the first caregiver school to be registered in Baguio City with registration Number 0214030001.Because TESDA had a development and improvement in the curriculum of the caregiver course, we had our course registered under the so called “With Training Regulation (WTR) Program, thus on August 2, 2004, our 7 months Caregiver Course was registered under WTR Reg. No. 0414032204.
Because of the demand of this Caregiver Course, we opened a Branch in the province of Pangasinan (Region 1) to cater the need of the training in the area. Thus, on November 8, 2002, our course was registered with Registration Number WTR 0401042184.
Again because of the mobility of Overseas Filipino workers especially Domestic Helpers, we opened the course / qualification Household Service Workers (WTR 06 – 14 – 03 – 2 – 358) to train perspective Domestic Helpers bound for Hongkong, Singapore, Middle East and other countries. Other Courses were then opened like
Healthcare Services NC II (Nursing Assistant) (WTR 09 – 14 – 03 – 2 – 702)
Massage Therapy NC II (WTR 09 – 14 – 03 – 2 – 700)
Housekeeping NC II (WTR 201315032030).
NORTHSKILLS POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE, Inc. Is a family corporation initially composed of 7(seven) incorporators who organized themselves, joined their skills, knowledge, talent and financial means so as that in one way or the other, they will be able to help people who are interested to find employment be trained in their respective endeavours to be globally competitive.
On 2014, the institution was accredited as Competency Assessment Center for Caregiving NC II, Healthcare Services NC II and Household Services NC II. Additional Qualifications were then accredited last 2014 which is Massage Therapy NC II and Hilot (Wellness Massage) NC II.
On 2016, there were amendments done on the curriculum of qualifications from TESDA thus some of the courses were migrated and some were opened. You can find our course offering at the Courses Menu
