STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED IN THE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
STEP 1:
Clearly scan all required documents as stated in in letter C of Admission Requirements.
NOTE: YOU MAY USE A SCANNER APP BUT ENSURE THE DOCUMENT IS IN HIGH RESOLUTION, NOT DISTORTED. HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO ENSURE A GOOD APP SCANNED DOCUMENT.
Resolution: The scanning app should support high resolution scanning, typically at 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher for text documents and 600 DPI or higher for images and photographs.
Color Mode: The document must be scanned color mode to match the original document's content accurately.
File Format: The scanned documents must be collated/combined in a single PDF to maintain document quality. Name the file as [Family Name_Name-Admission.pdf]. ("Example: Dela Cruz_Juan-Admission.PDF").
Document Size: Ensure the size of the document is in Folio or 8.5x13 inches (long bond paper)
Auto-Crop and Deskew: Implement auto-crop and deskew features to automatically detect the document's edges and straighten it for a neat, professional appearance.
YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO SCAN DOCUMENTS USING A PROPER OFFICE SCANNER INSTEAD. DO NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF THE DOCUMENTS WITH A REGULAR CAMERA APP FROM YOUR PHONE.
STEP 2:
Accomplish the "Online Enrolment Form". Read the "Terms of Agreement"
STEP 3:
Pay the downpayment using Gcash (call our number or message us in Facebook for the Gcash number).
NOTE: SAVE THE TRANSACTION SUMMARY IN YOUR GALLERY. YOU MAY SCREENSHOT OR CLICK ON THE SAVE BUTTON ON THE TRANSACTION SUMMARY PAGE OF GCASH.
STEP 4:
Upload all the Documents in Step 1 and the GCASH TRANSACTION SUMMARY in the "Online Enrolment Form".
STEP 5:
Review all information in the "Online Enrolment Form". Ensure all date are correct and accurate. Ensure that you have read the "Terms of Agreement".
STEP 6:
Read the Data Privacy Policy and Consent Form of the school, agree to give consent. Click "Submit"
STEP 7:
For next batch, wait for notification on when the class will start. For current batch, you may proceed to join the class.
